By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to comply with these terms. 1. Commission Structure

• • Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% on the first payment made by referred customers.

• • For subsequent payments by referred customers:
    • • Basic Rank: Affiliates earn a recurring commission of 20%.
    • • Premium Rank: Affiliates referring 50 or more customers will receive a recurring commission of 30%

• • Affiliates will also earn a lifetime commission of 20% on each subsequent renewal payment referred customers make.

2. Payment Terms

• • Payments are made via PayPal upon request.

• • There is no minimum withdrawal amount.

3. Cookie Duration

• • Affiliate cookies remain active for 30 days.

4. Eligibility

• • Referrals must sign up for a paid subscription plan using the Affiliate’s unique referral link.

5. Tracking

• • It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure referrals are properly tracked using their unique link.

6. Fraudulent Activity

• • Samurae reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions for fraudulent referrals.

7. Changes to Terms

• • The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or commission rates at any time.

8. Termination

• • Samurae may terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program for violating terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
